Established in 1971 by Mexican immigrants in California, Tapatío originated from a passion for authentic, bold flavor. Crafted with handpicked chilis, a blend of spices, and a secret family recipe, the hot sauce quickly gained popularity, becoming a local household staple and a celebration of Mexican-American culture.
Now, fifty years later, Tapatío has evolved into a national icon, cherished by all those bold enough to zest things up. From this history, in collaboration with the Tapatío Family, our vision for Tapatío Ramen was born.
